Workshop 14th October

This was the final workshop before the performance with the Ulster Orchestra on 27 October. At this gathering, there was a rehearsal for the new work.
The levels of focus and concentration throughout the rehearsal were palpably intense.
As the day progressed, the impending performance started to feel increasingly tangible. During coffee breaks, headshots of the musicians were taken, and they tried on their uniforms. Richard Campbell from the Tech Team was present, meticulously testing the final technical setup.
The atmosphere of the workshop was a cocktail of excitement, nervousness, intensity, and profound seriousness.
Special guests for the day, Colin Starke and violinist Tom Jackson, both from the Ulster Orchestra, graced the workshop to make introductions. Collectively, the group moved to the Atrium, the designated space for the upcoming performance. Here, the precise positioning of the musicians for the performance was finalized. Tom Jackson showcased various pieces on his violin, creating a poignant and moving moment for everyone present.
In summary, “Zoom Time – Over and Out” is primed with musicians who are fully prepared and ready.
